07-Ghost is actually a pretty good anime so far. After the first episode I sort of remember bits and pieces of the storyline, so I went and checked out my mange collection and sure enough I read the first book.

Where I'm downloading it from has amazingly good fansubs.

I miss how easy it was to convince my mom that I should stay home from school. Now I have to try and convince my hubby that I deserve the day off -- he's not as gullible.

If there is one person or more on your friends list who makes your world a better place just because they exist and who you would not have met (in real life or not) without the internet, then post this same sentence in your journal.

Los Angeles County Residents just experienced a 4.7 to 5.0 world rockin earthquake @ 8:39pm. 5.0 didn't feel to big, granted that I've been through worse -- but it was enough to knock some stuff off shelves, and make me feel like mad dizzy while I was walking around.

The most recent "worse" earthquake I felt was last year sometime while I was at work. That really sucked, seeing as I'm a big baby when it comes to earthquakes.

My phone alarm goes off and I snooze it for 15 minutes I don't think I've ever gotten up when it first goes off. Once it goes off again, I turn it off and zombie walk to the bathroom. I use the restroom, wash my face, brush my teeth and then zombie walk to my bedroom to get dressed I take showers at night when I know I have to get up early, because I'm a horrible morning person. After I'm dressed and have my shoes on I brush my hair, if I decided to wear compact that day, I put it on and then we're out the door.

BTW I zombie drive in the mornings, so I'm not allowed to drive until 11:00am. We usually stop and get something to snack on for breakfast -- I'm not big on breakfast though so I don't eat much in the mornings.

Almost everyone coins or uses expressions that make sense to only a few people. What word or phrase do you use most often that you have to explain the meaning of to others?

Besides my common use of Japanese words that need to be explained to my English speaking friends -- "Germany" my nickname for my hubby would be the word that requires an explanation. It has nothing to do with the fact that it kinda rhymes with his real name, but it has everything to do with the fact that his little cousin couldn't pronounce his name correctly when she was younger. I originally started using it as a way to tease or play around with him, but it eventually stuck and now I call him by that nickname without even realizing it, which I then have to offer up an explanation when someone notices.

Today is known to some as the Day of Infamy, in commemoration of what happened at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. In your lifetime, what date sticks out as the most memorable in terms of world events?

Obviously September 11th is the first date that comes to mind, I was old enough to actually know what was going on, and care. I can remember everything about that day, how dazed everyone was, how it all seemed so unreal. I remember going to school and everything felt strangely silent, everyone was watching, waiting. I also remember how it seemed to bring people together, we were united …

I also remember Columbine Massacre, but not in such detail. I remember hearing a lot about it, people talking about it on the news. I remember schools freaking out, and sending kids home that day.

But so far nothing has impacted my memory like 9/11.

The Twilight movie comes out today. A lot of people are really excited about seeing Bella and Edward on the big screen. Others couldn't care less. Where do you fall on the issue?

I've already got my movie tickets, I bought them 2 days ago, and I'm going to the 9:30pm showing. I'm excited, but not to the extremes as most of the girls that I've seen on TV. I finished the book in under a week, and I can't wait to see how the movie compares.
